Edie (M)

Edie movie poster

At the tender age of eighty three, a gruff old woman sets out to try and capture a little of the magic she had as a young girl. The story is a tale of triumph over adversity as Edie embarks on the adventure of a lifetime.

After her controlling husband dies, an elderly woman embarks on a trip to fulfill her longtime dream of climbing a mountain in the Scottish Highlands. Eighty-three year old Edie believes that it is never too late - packing an old camping bag, leaving her life behind and embarking on an adventure she never got to have - climbing the imposing Mount Suilven in Scotland.
