MASKS COMPULSORY until 17-May :: DiscoverNSW Vouchers accepted :: Please RESERVE FOR ALL SESSIONS as seating must still be allocated. Please read our Covid19 notice.
The wearing of face masks whilst inside the cinema is no longer compulsory, but still highly recommended as you will be sitting for extended periods near to other people indoors.
As per a NSW Government statement updated 9-May masks are temporarily compulsory until Monday 17-May.
All patrons must sign in using the Service NSW Covid Safe QR code displayed along the wall as you approach the ticket box before puchasing tickets. The Service NSW app is not required for check-in, but will make the process faster. Don't put your phone away after checking in, please have your Covid Safe check-in confirmation ready to show at the ticket box when purchasing tickets. We ask that people please consider using credit/eftpos cards to facilitate cashless transactions, available at the ticket box and snack bar, practise good hygiene and to be mindful of proximity to other patrons.
As per current NSW Public Health Orders (as at 26-Feb-2021) Mount Vic Flicks is now permitted to operate at full capacity again though seating must still be allocated. Please always reserve and if possible, attend the usually quieter weekday/weeknight sessions. Please continue to let us know your seating preferences when reserving but understand that while we will try to get you close, it will not always be possible to get your requested seats. If you have not received a confirmation of your reservation within a day (please reserve early) then we may not have received it so please follow up.
The health and well-being of our patrons has always been important to us and we'll continue our thorough cleaning and hygiene practices. We have increased the frequency of sanitising all high traffic, high touch areas including counter tops, door handles, armrests etc and have provided hand sanitising stations for patrons.
Please don't come to the cinema if you are feeling unwell. Limit your social interactions and seek medical advice if required, https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19
