Until December 1, as per the current Public Health Order, NSW cinemas are only open to those who are fully vaccinated for Covid-19 or exempt.
Face masks are mandatory indoors. On arrival, please have your QR code check-in confirmation and official documentation of your vaccination or exemption status, ready to show at the ticket box. For information on how to provide proof, visit: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individuals/subjects/getting-help-during-coronavirus-covid-19/covid-19-vaccinations/how-get-proof Children under 16 who are unvaccinated are able to attend if they are accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent or carer.
A note for those who are unable to check themselves in to businesses with their phone. Service NSW has made available 'check-in cards' to speed up the check-in process. Rather than having to announce your name and number and wait to have your details typed in manually each time you visit, now you'll be able to present your personal card to be scanned at the door and it'll be done in an instant. Create your card here: https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/create-covid-19-check-card
For the time being, we are operating at reduced capacity so please always reserve as seating is limited and if possible, attend the usually quieter weekday/weeknight sessions. Please continue to let us know your seating preferences when reserving but understand that while we will try to get you close, it will not always be possible to get your requested seats. If you have not received a confirmation of your reservation within a day (please reserve early) then we may not have received it so please follow up.
We ask that people please consider using credit/eftpos cards to facilitate cashless transactions, available at the ticket box and snack bar, practise good hygiene and to be mindful of proximity to other patrons.
The health and well-being of our patrons has always been important to us and we'll continue our thorough cleaning and hygiene practices. We have increased the frequency of sanitising all high traffic, high touch areas including counter tops, door handles, armrests etc and have provided hand sanitising stations for patrons.
Please don't come to the cinema if you are feeling unwell. Limit your social interactions and seek medical advice if required, https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19
