Audrey is a dark comedy about faded soap star Ronnie Lipsick, who has devoted her life to shaping her daughter, Audrey, into the star she never became. When Audrey lands in a coma after an argument, Ronnie seizes the chance to live her daughter’s life, joining a prestigious acting class as Audrey.
Meanwhile, Audrey’s sister Norah basks in her sibling’s absence, taking over her friends and boyfriend. Even Ronnie’s husband, Cormack, finds a new thrill in life by lying about Audrey’s death to impress a new romantic interest. But when Audrey wakes up, the family’s tangled web unravels, exposing Ronnie as an imposter and stirring turmoil. Now, Ronnie must become the mother she’s never been, taking on the role of a lifetime to reclaim her family.
