Digger Rockwell, eccentric, billionaire oil tycoon spends his days in extravagance and wealth, with not a care for the cost his oil drilling business has on the world around him. However, when an environmental catastrophe caused by his negligence comes to light, he begins a desperate campaign to show the world that he is their unlikely saviour before the disaster destroys everything.
